Actually, this post is just a placeholder. Some friends got me 24 beers for my birthday. All different stuff. So I’m going to review them over on Kitchen Dragons as I drink them.

I’ll probably put bullets up linking over.

Actually, this post is here b/c I can’t remember what it was that I WAS going to post this morning. So I’m killing time and posting the various things that i remember thinking about posting. But this wasn’t it.

So, we decided to do a pizza tonight, and we found a recipe for a pizza dough (write up over at Kitchen Dragons) and decided we’d try homemade dough then throw on pesto and cheeses.

See, I LOVE white pizza. And she has a thing for Pesto Pizza (OK, so do I, it rocks too). When we lived in atlanta, we almots always got the pesto pizza from mellow mushroom. since moving, i get pizza bianca’s from 3brothers a lot. This would be like combining both :)

except i wasn’t sure what to do about bits, and she was reading, so in the end apparently the pizza turned out 100% crap :/

And when you’re making dough from a recipe, it shouldn’t say “add toppings and cook according to directions” … b/c, in general, cheese DOESNT COME WITH DIRECTIONS! this is the pizza dough recipe, THIS should have the freakin directions man!

inspector was supposed to come last wednesday, chck wiring etc so they coudl put everything back together. no inspector ever appeared

he was rescheduled for thursday of this week, since kiir would be home for yom kippur, no show

got a call from the contractor yesterday, and apparently the inspector didn’t show the first time b/c they wrote down the wrong address. apparenlty they didn’t show the second time b/c they didn’t bother to FIX the address they had.

they’re now scheduled for the 24th. b/c howard county doesn’t do inspections this coming week.

closing in on 2 full months since they started the kitchen. oi. at least we can use it :)

We set up our kitchen blog this weekend. I need to get around to doing links for this thing. Maybe i’ll even figure out the template, since we did it over there, and I can change colors now that I figured out the bleeding stylesheet works.

Or maybe i’m a lazy SOB :o
